Madagascar to sign confidentiality clause with WHO on COVID-19 Organics

Madagascar has set to sign a confidentiality clause with the World Health Organisation (WHO) on COVID-19 Organics.

President Andry Rajoelina has disclosed this after a teleconference meeting with the WHO Director-General, Tedros Ghabreyesus.

According to Rajoelina, Madagascar will sign a confidentiality clause with the World Health Organization on the formulation of COVID-Organics, the purported cure for the coronavirus pandemic.

He also said the WHO had agreed to support the country’s clinical observation process.

Madagascar President, Andry Rajoelina has taken to his twitter handle to announced the news.

Subsequently, the World Health Organisation has commended the effort of Madagascar in fighting against COVID-19.

“Successful exchange with Dr. Tedros who commends Madagascar’s efforts in the fight against COVID-19.”

Also, the Director-General of WHO has also taken to his social media to confirm his call with the Madagascar President.

Dr. Tedros tweeted, “Good call with HE Rajoelina, President of Madagascar, about the #COVID19 situation in his country.”

“We discussed how to work together on therapeutics research and development. And we agreed that solidarity is key to fighting the pandemic and keeping the world safe.”
